Flag proposal for Hawaii by ironchefshark, from http://smg.photobucket.com/user/IronChefShark/library/flags.

This design is based on a flag known as the "native Hawaiian" flag, which features nine alternating stripes in green, red, and yellow with a green shield displaying the royal Hawaiian symbols of a kahili and two crossed oars.
